Texas DIR DBITS

The Texas DIR-DBITS contract vehicle, in partnership with Xcelligen, enables government agencies, public education institutions, and other eligible organizations in Texas and beyond to procure IT solutions and services at pre-negotiated, discounted rates. This program streamlines procurement, eliminates the need for RFPs, and ensures cost-effective, high-quality service delivery.

The Texas DIR-DBITS Cooperative Contracts Program simplifies acquiring IT products and services by offering pre-negotiated terms, conditions, and pricing. Eligible buyers include Texas state agencies, local governments, higher education institutions, and public entities outside Texas. DIR contracts provide cost savings, access to a wide range of technology solutions, and quality assurance through compliance with contract standards.
